The Justice of Entre Ríos is investigating the death of a 38-year-old man who died of asphyxiation last Monday, when he was being transferred to a police station in the city of Paraná, and required two policemen who restrained him to present defense lawyers while their responsibility in the event is being analyzed, judicial sources informed. The death of Ariel Goyeneche (38), father of a 12-year-old girl, occurred on Monday in front of the Second Police Station of Paraná, in the center of the capital of Entre Ríos, and the investigation is being carried out by the National Gendarmerie and the National and Provincial Committee for the Prevention of Torture.
