Jerson, Ukraine.- In photos taken June 27, 2023, people collect drinking water after the destruction of the Nova Kajovka dam in southern Ukraine. According to Ukrainian authorities, the collapse of the dam on 6 June in the Jerson region put more than 40 000 people in immediate danger of flooding and left hundreds of thousands without access to drinking water.
