Rio Negro, Argentina.- In the photos taken on February 5, 2024, cooperatives, Mapuche communities, producers, neighbors, municipal, provincial and national State agencies, universities and scientific institutes converged in the town of Ingeniero Jacobacci (Río Negro) in the Integrated Management Unit of the Huahuel Niyeo Basin, a space in which they carry out projects to make better use of water in a context of water emergency.
