The death of Ariel Goyeneche (38), father of a 12-year-old girl, occurred on Monday in front of the Second Police Station of Paraná, in the center of the capital of Entre Ríos, and the investigation is being carried out by the National Gendarmerie and the National and Provincial Committee for the Prevention of Torture.
