Buenos Aires, Argentina.- In photos taken on February 27, 2024, a team from the San Pedro Paleontological Museum found in the north of that city a bone piece belonging to the hand of a "sabre-toothed tiger", a discovery unprecedented for the area that allows us to prove that this feline considered a "top predator in its time" lived in the province of Buenos Aires.
