Movements and social organizations of Argentina marched this Wednesday, August 28, throughout the country, in a new day of mobilization for the current economic and social crisis product of the policies of the president of that South American nation, Mauricio Macri. Protesters gathered around the iconic Plaza de la República, located at the intersection of 9 de Julio and Corrientes avenues, Buenos Aires, capital of the nation, to demand the first Argentine president to activate a Food Emergency Law to to alleviate the crisis in which the community and the most vulnerable sectors of that country are submerged. In the list of claims published by the Confederation of Workers of the Popular Economy (CTEP) and other labor organizations, the increase of the Complementary Social Salary was demanded in the same proportion as the minimum, vital and mobile salary, by 50 percent.
