Argentina (1985) .- The court that prosecuted the meetings was the National Federal Criminal and Correctional Appeals Chamber of the Federal Capital, composed of judges Jorge Torlasco, Ricardo Gil Lavedra, León Carlos Arslanián, Jorge Valerga Araoz, Guillermo Ledesma and Andrés J. D'Alessio. The prosecutor was Julio César Strassera with whom the deputy prosecutor Luis Gabriel Moreno Ocampo collaborated, who used the report Never Again by the National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons (Conadep) as evidence.
